Shipping and Payments

Our products are made entirely by hand, and this involves time. So depending on their availability, order fulfillment may take *from 5 to 10 working days.

If you are planning to purchase a gift and are urgent to receive it by a certain date, we suggest you write to us at the following email address to check availability and shipping time: info@teteaccessories.it

Our shipments are usually entrusted to GLS. Once the purchase has been made, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order and then another one with the tracking number and the link of the site on which to check the route (the tracking will be active once the goods have left the relevant branch).

*If the product is in stock, delivery in Italy, takes place in 2/3 working days (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and holidays. (For islands and remote locations, delivery is estimated in 4/5 working days).

For international shipments, the cost and shipping time are calculated according to the area of interest. Any customs and VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

In accordance with relevant EU regulations, you may return any product purchased on our site within 14 business days from the date of delivery of your order.

Products must be returned to the carrier within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

We will not accept returns communicated or returned late, nor will we accept returns of merchandise returned in any condition other than the condition in which they were received.

1. It is necessary to make sure that the product has not been damaged in any way, that it is stored in its original packaging and complete with any hand-stitched applications or decorations.

Place the purchase invoice received with the product inside the package so that we can return the order ID.

 2. Send an e-mail to info@teteaccessories.it and specify: First Name, Last Name, address, the order number written on the purchase invoice, the reason for return.

 3. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date of your return request.

The amount will be returned using the same payment method you chose during the purchase.

If you intend to return the goods using one of our couriers, please indicate this in the email. We will then send a label, via e-mail, to be attached to the goods and given to the courier.

Shipping costs related to the return are always borne by the customer and will be subtracted from the next credit to you.

Please note that you can also choose to return the goods independently: in which case, the cost of return and any liability arising from theft and loss will be borne directly by you.

Within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the package at our premises, an e-mail will be sent confirming acceptance of the return and we will process the refund.

For purchases made by credit or debit card, we specify that the time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the institution that issued the card.

We remind you again that only products returned correctly will be refunded. If the return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will not be able to process the refund and the package will be sent back to the customer with shipping costs charged to the customer.

Warranty

Our creations are entirely handmade and custom-made, this implies a margin of imperfection typical of the handcrafted product.

As for headbands and turbans, the patterns shown in the photos are only indicative, each product is entirely handmade, different from all others and therefore unique. Sometimes the patterns or patterns on the selected fabrics may be cut in different places, so the product may differ from the one shown in the photo both in colors and in the eventual pattern or design.

We assure our customers of the integrity and care of each creation, supervising each order before it is shipped.

The customer can take advantage of a "warranty" of 14 working days from the receipt of the package in which he/she can ask for any exchange or " fixing" of the product if the damage or error is attributable to its creation.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or abuse, or misuse of the product.

No warranty will be applied to products to which the customer or third persons have made alterations or repairs, or which have been abused after 'purchase or handled carelessly, or whose quality defects are based on a transformation by the customer.

Payments

All prices on the site, in the relevant column, include VAT. Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice, and are valid except for typographical errors.

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal* or bank transfer.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to complete your purchase; in fact, in this case, you will simply click on the "I do not have a Paypal account" button to proceed with payment through the desired method.

Paying with a prepaid card or a disposable card you must keep it if you wish to take advantage of the right of return.

All purchases made on our site take place in maximum security. During the purchase process, personal data will be requested in order to process purchase contracts processed in accordance with legal requirements.

Online transactions are protected by advanced encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a standard protocol that ensures the secure exchange of data.

*Paypal allows you to pay through your credit/prepaid card or through your Paypal account (rechargeable by wire transfer or credit/prepaid card).

Paypal does not incur any additional cost to the customer.

 

Availability
